Happy heat pump users

We were delighted to read about the first ever national survey of heat pump users, conducted by innovation charity Nesta.

The survey asked more than 2,500 domestic heat pump owners and over 1,000 domestic gas boiler owners in England, Scotland and Wales over the last winter.

According to the results, 81% of households that have replaced their gas boilers with an electric heat pump were satisfied or more than satisfied with their new heating system compared to the old one.

Satisfaction levels were also similar between respondents who installed a heat pump in a new-build home or in older properties, at more than 80%. This once again proves our findings from the vast number of installations we’ve completed that you can heat any building of any age perfectly with a heat pump.
