H&V News Awards finalist

Finn Geotherm, the leading installer of heat pumps in Norfolk, has been shortlisted in the prestigious Heating & Ventilation (H&V) News Awards.

These top national trade awards, now in their 23rd year, are an annual celebration of excellence, forward thinking and the highest achievements across the building services industry.

Finn Geotherm has been shortlisted in the Renewable Project of the Year – Commercial/Non-residential category for the innovative heating and passive cooling installation it completed at RAGT Seeds.

Guy Ransom, commercial director at Finn Geotherm, said:

“We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this award in recognition of our landmark ground source heat pump installation at RAGT Seeds, which not only provides heating for its six glasshouses but also passive cooling. Our installation ensures a consistent temperature within the glasshouses which are used for developing crops and delivers significant energy savings compared to the previous LPG boiler – all while qualifying for the Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive. We are looking forward to meeting with the H&V News Awards judges in a few weeks’ time to present the project to them in more detail. What a great start to the new year!”

Winners will be announced on 20th April 2017.
