Shortlisted! Four nominations in HVR Awards

We are delighted to announce Finn Geotherm has been shortlisted four times in the prestigious Heating & Ventilation Review (HVR) Awards, which champion innovation, excellence and achievement across the heating and ventilating industry.

We are shortlisted for Net Zero Hero, Collaboration of the Year award for our work with Panasonic to install the first U210kW air source heat pumps in Europe and HVAC initiative category for our colossal 630kW air source heat pump installation at Paragon House – the University of West London’s Brentwood campus. More details on this exciting project can be seen as case study on our website.

Last, but by no means least, Leanne Gill, our operations manager, is a finalist in HVAC Woman of the Year. Leanne joined Finn Geotherm soon after the company was set up 17 years ago. Guy Ransom, commercial director at Finn Geotherm said:

“There is no question that Finn Geotherm would not be where we are without her. During her time with us, Leanne has grown from a role basically as a telephone receptionist to now being our operations manager. As well as coordinating all logistics for all of our projects and managing all of our accounts and dealing with the majority of personnel issues, she also deals with everything other than the actual installation assessment for our MCS inspection. She has developed her skills, her confidence and therefore her career all whilst being a brilliant mum to her (now 16-year-old) daughter. Leanne is an inspiration to young women wanting to build a successful career for themselves within the renewables industry.”

The HVAC Woman of the Year category is decided by public vote. Please show your support for Leanne by voting here: Voting Form | HVR Awards 2023

Winners will be announced at the end of September.
